How do you set the price?
By how much of the truck your stuff fills. The tool on this page gives you a range, and the crew confirms the exact number on site before loading anything. If you don't like the number, we leave and you owe nothing.
How accurate is the photo scan?
It's good at spotting large, common items like couches, chairs, beds, TVs and appliances. It can miss things in loose or bagged piles, which is why you can add items or size the pile yourself. Your photo also goes to the crew when you book, so a person checks it too.
Do I need to be home?
Not if everything is outside and you've approved the price by phone or text. For anything inside the house, someone needs to let us in.
How soon can you come?
Send a pickup request with the day you'd like and we'll reply with the closest open windows.
Will you carry things out of the basement or upstairs?
Yes. We carry from anywhere on the property. Stairs add a small fee, which the estimate tool already includes when you choose "Up or down stairs."
Are there extra fees?
A few items cost more to dispose of properly, such as mattresses, fridges, TVs and tires. The estimate tool shows those fees on the item and adds them for you.
What happens to my stuff?
Usable items get donated, metal and electronics get recycled, and the rest goes to the transfer station.
